Q: How do I register for an auction?
A:
To register for an auction, simply create an account on our website and complete the registration process. Once registered, you’ll have access to all upcoming auctions and can begin placing bids.

Q: How do I place a bid?
A:
After registering and browsing the auction listings, you can place a max bid by selecting the item you’re interested in and entering your bid amount. Once the auction starts, your bids will be taken as a proxy bid against the live bidders.

Q: What happens if I win an auction?
A:
If you are the highest bidder when the auction ends, you’ll receive an invoice with instructions on how to complete your purchase. We will work with you to arrange payment and pickup or shipping.

Q: Can I inspect the items before bidding?
A: Yes!
We encourage bidders to inspect the equipment before bidding. Each auction listing includes detailed descriptions and photos of the items, but you can also arrange for an in-person inspection.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept various payment methods, including Cash, Zelle, credit cards, wire transfers, and checks. Payment details will be provided once you win the auction.

Q: How do I pick up my items?
A:
After payment is processed, we’ll work with you to arrange the pickup or shipping of your purchased items. Pickup locations and hours will be provided on the invoice.

Q: Do you offer packing and shipping services?

At this time we do not, but have a list of recommended packing and shipping services.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No!
All fees are clearly outlined before the auction, and we aim to provide full transparency in our auction process. There are no hidden fees beyond the auction price and applicable taxes.

Q: Is the equipment in working condition?
A:
All equipment is sold 'AS-IS' and 'WHERE-IS.' We perform basic checks such as plugging in and powering it on. However, we do not conduct detailed testing of equipment functionality. If an item does not power on during testing, it should be assumed that it will not function properly.
